Auto dealer recertification is required by the state of Virginia and VIADA will keep you compliant. Primary changes of the new law vs. the prior regulation:
- Independent dealers will recertify every 24 months instead of 36.
- The course will be instructor-led (in-person or virtual) for 4 hours in duration instead of 6 hours digitally.
- An exam will be given at the end of the course instead of after each chapter.
- Recertification rates are $75 for members and $150 for non members and will be collected at the time of registration. To receive the member rates, please have your VIADA member login at the time of online registration.

- There is a $25 cancellation fee for cancellations and there is a NO REFUND policy for no-shows.
